Lincoln Christmas Artist's Market

Attention all blog readers: If any of you lovely people are in Lincoln this Saturday (24th November), then get yourselves up to the Lincoln Christmas Artist's Market in Castle Square where there will be a wonderful array of gifts and stocking fillers up for sale!

The very wonderful and talented Helen Hancocks has very kindly included my Lincoln print among the other gifts on her stall, which will also feature cards by the equally wonderful Lucy Letherland and collective Still Happy.

So, to get your hands on some signed original prints, signed digital prints and greetings cards versions of my Lincoln print, head on up to Castle Square on Saturday. YOU DON'T WANT TO MISS OUT!!!

Work in Progress

A sneaky peak at a screen print I'm currently working on. The final piece should hopefully be up on Monday.

Scanned Print

Scanned version of my Lincoln print- much better than a dodgy photograph.

Editorial

An editorial piece based around an article I found on the Guardian website entitled 'Biosecurity: ashes to ashes'. The article touches upon the destructive power of nature and our inability to control it, despite our best efforts and overconfidence. 'We are nature's custodians, not nature's masters'.

LINCOLN!

I've been meaning to create a print of the beautiful city of Lincoln (my home for the past 3 years) for a while now and it's finally all done and finished in the form of a 4 colour screenprint. Excuse the photographs- they're not great- I need to do some proper scans of my prints. Keep your eyes peeled for more map based pieces in the next few months!

Work in progress in the garage. It gets pretty chilly.
